What is Challenge Factor?
Challenge Factor is an organization that is designed to inspire, motivate, and encourage people to take on life's challenges and factor the difference. We should all Aspire to be our best, Believe we can do it, and Conquer our challenges. Life is full of Challenges, some we dream, others have come our way we wish wouldn't have. We want to encourage people to embrace the journey of life and realize there will be peaks and valleys along the way, but it is vital to never give up. We all must continue to overcome difficulties, obstacles, and strive to follow our aspirations.

At Challenge Factor we believe it is important to keep running, never give up, and challenge yourself and others to accomplish great things. "Run" is a symbol of moving forward in life that represents everyone. We are all "Run"!

- Developed & Built 6 hotels valued at over $40 Million, worked with such brands as Choice Hotels and Intercontinental Hotels Group.
More important than all of Matt & Sheldon's individual and collective accomplishments, is the friendship they share. They drive each other through a spirit of supportive competition to go farther and experience more. After being introduced to each other just over 13 years ago, by their then girlfriends, now wives, it became evident that together they are better. Both are devoted Christians and are on mission to leave a mark that points heavenward.
